Sinopse
Em uma base de pesquisa na Antártida, cientistas encontram uma nave alienígena. O evento que causa confronto entre a estudante Kate Lloyd e o cientista Dr. Sander Halvorson. Enquanto ele se mantém fixo na ideia de continuar sua pesquisa, Kate se junta a Sam Carter e passa a perseguir a forma de vida alienígena.
